Internet Marketing
Since 2006 I've become quite obsessed with the possibilities of internet marketing. There is just so much to do, and so little time to get it done. I've learned so many new things that the internet is feeling new again - in the most positive sense! I've gone viral and find myself all over the net, crawling like a search engine spider to find new things that can be used for marketing purposes.
This has of course had effect on my customers who benefits greatly on the newly found wisdom.
Care for some free marketing?
When hiring me for a project, a number of search engine positive efforts are covered without additional payment, so it's a good idea having me designing your new website or redesigning your current.
Content is king - onpage optimization is queen
I prefer the more solid term "internet marketing", and I like to see myself as my clients "brand agent" on the internet, spotting all kinds of opportunities that may show up.
I'm not claiming to be a guru of any sort, but I'm seeing lots of opportunities out there for clients. I do not, and will not sell or rent links! I know the swedish SEO market well enough to know who to talk to when greater degree of professionalism in internet marketing (ethical SEO, based on Google guidelines etc) is needed.
I continously pick up new (internet) marketing techniques though, through books and a number of swedish and international blogs on the subject.
To be on the internet is to be in a state of constant learning, over and over again.
The Book that got me started...
The main reason I've come anywhere at all in a field that first seemed impenetrable, is the inspiring e-book SEO Book by Aaron Wall (See the banner to the right). Anyone who wishes to have SEO demystified should read this book.
He has the (according to me) the correct angle on SEO, and puts it where it should be; a subcategory of marketing to which he adds a very informed SEO perspective. He is a an authority in his field at that, and his writing covers so much more than pure technical SEO
