A six fingered hand used to draw attention to six important facts about the company MediaGraphic to be used on their website.
The gif-animation shows how I had to rebuild the anatomy of the hand and widen the palm, to make the new finger fit in a believable way. If one were to simply add a finger, for example on the side of the hand, it wouldn't have looked natural.
After having worked on the six fingered hand for some time, returning to the five fingered hand - it looked mutilated! Focus and study the six finger verison, and then look at the original. It feels like there´s a finger missing, right? :-)
