About XHTML and CSS

For (end) customers
I write modern, accessible code for websites. In the real world this means "good for business". Why? Simply because the search engines likes it so much, that they will place your site above of your competitors site on their result pages.
For partners, contractors etc
I've been coding HTML/XHTML and CSS by hand since 1998, and I take web standards, accessibility and usability seriously. Even if itīs not my main source of income there are occasions when I get pure coding assignments. These days I prefer to simply keep them close to me, in my ever growing "marketing tools" drawer. Internet marketing goes all the way down to code.
Why code matters
Here's an entertaining explanation why coding correctly is important. This example is mostly about the issue with using tables for layout purposes. Please note that HTML knowledge is needed for the presentation to make sense.
